ChatBiz provides AI-assisted messaging, inbox, knowledge, forms, billing, and related tooling for businesses.

Free plans include a monthly message quota. Paid plans, add-ons, and message packs are billed as shown at checkout or via invoice / bank transfer.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including teammate actions.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

You must comply with Meta WhatsApp / Messenger policies, anti-spam and privacy laws, and must not use the service for fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that create risk for other customers or our infrastructure.

AI replies can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing agent prompts, knowledge sources, and escalations to human agents before relying on outputs for customers.

Fees are charged according to your selected plan and any packs you purchase. Offline payment credits apply after verification by our team.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

We retain ownership of ChatBiz, including software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your business content. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatBiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from AI outputs, third-party channel outages, or your misuse of the product.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
