Ovlyc Software (“we”, “us”) operates Ovlyc Software, an AI-powered customer support and sales messaging platform. This policy applies to our marketing site, product app, and related services.

When you register we process your name, email, password hash, and verification tokens needed for authentication and workspace access.

Workspace owners may invite teammates. We store role assignments and activity needed to secure and operate the product.

Messages, contacts, knowledge documents, forms, uploads, and channel credentials are stored so your AI agent and inbox can run. You control what content is added to your workspace.

Optional bring-your-own database or storage features (where available on your plan) further isolate tenant data according to your configuration.

Customer messages and retrieval snippets may be sent to large-language-model providers using either our platform key or your own key (BYOK), and embeddings may be stored with our vector provider for search.

Do not place secrets in prompts or knowledge that must never leave your systems. You remain responsible for content you send through the product.

Card and local-rail payments are processed by providers such as Stripe and/or SSLCommerz. We store invoices, wallet balances, and offline payment references for reconciliation — not full card numbers.

Credentials you connect for channels such as WhatsApp or Messenger are encrypted at rest and used only to send and receive messages for your business.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits (for example, billing records we must retain).
