Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of personal data processed by Ovlyc Software, email support@ovlyc.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your workspace name, account email, and the specific data you want removed.

You may also ask your workspace owner or administrator to remove your account and workspace content from the product dashboard.

If you connected WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram through Meta, include the connected workspace and channel in your request. We will remove or disconnect the stored channel credentials and channel-linked data that Ovlyc controls, subject to the applicable platform and legal requirements.

You can also remove Ovlyc’s access from Meta Business Settings or WhatsApp Manager. Removing access in Meta does not automatically erase historical data already stored in your Ovlyc workspace, so please include a deletion request when you want that data removed.

After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize the requested account profile, workspace records, contacts, messages, uploaded files, knowledge documents, forms, and channel credentials, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Backups and security logs may retain limited information for a reasonable period before their scheduled expiry. We do not retain full payment-card numbers.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request comes from the account holder or an authorized workspace owner. We will confirm the request and provide an update after the deletion review is complete.

If you need access, correction, or portability rather than deletion, state that clearly in the same email so we can handle the request appropriately.
